Not City Responsibility - Close SR. 3/23 this is LP inventory, they serviced the ROW on 3/12, next mow should be coming up this week. mowing is due on schedule, this week. JD 3/23 Talked to citizen, he clarified the ROW is on BREWER not Risinger, advised would research and follow up with him. JD ROW here is still under construction, responsibility for mowing is on the developer, when project is completed, city would take over JD.
