- Neighbor has a water leak and live out of town, water is gushing out between our houses and leaking in the street. I thing I have turn off their water in their flower bed. Their address is 12852 Palancar Dr Fort Worth Texas 76226 . I reported this issue last week and water was turned off but still doing same thing.
